Who it's for

Built for landlords who don't have an agent doing this for them

Most landlords on Merseyside own one to three properties. The new rules apply to you exactly as they do to big portfolios. You just don't have a compliance team.

Self-managing landlords

Know exactly what each property needs, without paying an agent 10–15% to tell you.

Accidental landlords

Inherited a house or let out your old flat? Find out what's now required of you.
